  • How can I subscribe to Games Club service in Web / Landing Page?
  • You can subscribe/unsubscribe to this service through the landing page via AdBanner or Sms Link, select the option plan you want and click on Subscribe button.



    • After clicking on the subscribe button, you will receive a SMS: “Dear Customer, you are subscribing to the Games Club Daily at a fee of N10. Reply Y within 24Hrs to opt-in, otherwise request will be cancelled. Thank you.”
    • Respond by replying “Y”
    • You will receive this SMS from 577: You have successfully subscribed to Games Club Daily, Service takes effect from {Date} Thank you.
    • You will also receive an SMS from Games Club as follows: “Welcome to Games Club. Please click http://glo.gamesclub.mobi and enjoy games.”
    • Click on the URL in the SMS or enter the URL into your browser.

  • Where and how do I access Mobile games offered by Games Club on my mobile phone?
  • Go to website http://glo.gamesclub.in from your mobile browser (WAP / Services Browser) to browse the games available.

    • You must have an internet connection on your smart / feature phone handset in order to access Mobile games from the Games Club, to download and play games.
    • If your handset is not compatible, sample trigger message will be displayed on the screen: "Sorry, there are no compatible contents for your handset at this time. We are continuously adding new handsets so please visit us later."

  • Will I be charged for going to the Games Club URL?
  • No, you will not be charged for going to the Games Club URL.

  • How to download the games from Games Club?
  • You can browse through the portal and download the available games apps from the portal by clicking the Download button.

  • How do I play the games?
  • You can access the game/application folder on your phone to install the game, after installing the game one can enjoy playing the game.

  • Where can I find help/instructions on playing the games?
  • You will find the game’s specific instructions within the game menu once you have downloaded and installed the game on your phone.

  • How do I unsubscribe in Web?
  • Please go to My Account section in Games Club wherein you will find your subscription details along with the unsubscribe button. Please click on unsubscribe button and you will be unsubscribed from the service.

  • If I have opted for the subscription option, how long does my subscription last?
  • Your subscription period will depend on the period you have opted for where –

    • Daily subscription will be active for 24 hours.
    • Weekly subscription will be active for 7 days.
    • Monthly subscription will be active for 1 month.

    If you have opted for Auto plan. At the end of the subscription period, your subscription will be automatically renewed.

  • If I have opted for the subscription option, how long does my subscription last?
  • Your subscription period will depend on the price plan period you have opted for – daily, weekly or monthly.

  • I get error 'Low Balance, Recharge and try again', what does this mean?
  • This message is displayed when you do not have sufficient balance in your account or your daily / weekly / monthly renewal has been unsuccessful.

    • Please recharge your account and try again to continue enjoying Games Club subscription service.

  • How do I contact Globacom Customer Care for support on this service?
  • There is a Contact Us Form in My Account section on the website, through which users can contact Glo Games Club for enquiries or support on this service.
